Education 2.0
GEKKO is completely new education, designed from the ground up for the effective
early childhood development
of core, life-long skills.
Sessions in 4 child groups are led by a highly professional special education teacher, with the participation
of the parents / caregivers. Science is put into real-world practice, literally into play.
Basic learning, skills formation start before birth, and continue until the child reaches school readiness (6-7 years of age). During these early years our brains develop neuron structures,
based on what kind of experiences, inputs we receive from the environment, how much
and what kind of stimuli we perceive, what we play. Bad experiences (such as stress)
cause serious problems, good experiences cause much better skills for our entire life,
resulting in much better chances for our children's future.
Education 1.0 is school. It's invented to teach, to put data, information into brains that are ready to accept, learn information. School happens in large classrooms, with many students. Although education experts know, that many children can't listen, can't read, can't write, can't calculate well enough, schools can't manage the fact, that every single child has different skills. School infrastructure is not designed for skills development.
Education 2.0 is new, something we invented. Based on old and new scientific discoveries, research data and special education experience built from the ground up for the sole purpose
of skills development. GEKKO does not "teach" anything, we don't teach how to read,
how to write, how to calculate, we don't teach history, geography, literature.
Instead of feeding data into these young brains, we make sure the essential, required skills for these simple sounding, but extremely complicated processes (such as reading) are developing well, when they should,
in the early years of childhood.
Through Play
If you sign up your child (at the earliest possible age), he or she will have the required skills when reaching school age. Your child will not be affected by learning disabilities, he or she will be able to listen, socialize easily, will be able to learn to read, write, calculate well.
Children really enjoy it
That is because we only employ "scientists of play". Special education teachers who know exactly what kind of experiences, challanges your child will find extremely motivating and walk the way through from failure to success in every function area. No scores, never punishment,
nothing that a child would not love. It's only play, Nature's billion years old education system.
